JW, should have come with the proper CD-Rom in its retail box--that's what I used for NT and 95 and it's working fine, though perhaps there are some issues with w98. I just tried the download myself, and got "server too busy," which is pretty strange at 6am PST on a Sunday <g.> Let me know if you can't get them in the next day or two, and if someone else hasn't already I'll try to download them and e-mail them to you. BTW, for those interested, buy.com has this card at the even cheaper 21.95 at the moment, still with $20 rebate from CL. Dave
