David, I'll be honest with you. I am so confused about the book value or potential "increase in the book value" of this company that I don't know how to answer your question. Usually the market is quick to put valuations on a company when it takes into account its assets, liabilities, sales projections, etc. I now hold 50,000 shares at an average cost of .24. I have some personal financial goals over the next 12 months that could be realized if I could add say another 200,000 shares of WOOD at under .20, hold until it reaches $1.50 then sell and forget about the whole thing. The only problem with that is that I might be distressed at the money I could be leaving on the table. Again, am I correct that this $96 million cash infusion dramatically changes the valuation of this stock????? I so, I want to buy 200,000 on Monday. Nothing is this simple, what am I missing??? But 90million shares looking at $96million in cash,,doesn't that add up to about a buck a share in hard cash assets? Even if this cool website, which I think has neat marketing potential, does nothing, this land sale makes us have to go back to the drawing board doesn't it???????? |
