JDN, thanks for input... I'd like to talk more about upcoming 2Q revenues and eps. We're still in the dark but if you read Tava"s white paper regarding project time I assume we are well into remediation for many of the companies reported as assessment income in 4Q last year, reported in bookings in 4Q and 1Q this year, so one has to then assume that remediation work will contribute to bottom line this Quarter.

I also reviewed the conference calls in May 1998 and Sept. 1998 and again found the line from Kevin Fallon that states that remediation income is anticipated to be approximately eight times that of assessment. This geometric growth along with significant overseas hits to the database due to the relationship with Unisys and IBM lead me to believe that income SHOULD far exceed estimates.

I believe the management team to be top notch, I do not believe they would state publicly that remediation would be eight times assessment if it weren't true. So I am looking for something above .30 EPS before taxes with revenues in excess of 28 million. Does anybody have any other information than the above to refute a blowout earnings?

This kind of EPS would go a long way to restoring management re the dilution problem. Still believe dilution to be premature this year until the company can duplicate a couple of quarters similar to the above. My simplistic calculation of gross revenues without all LLC partners or database hits based on the 8:1 ratio is 250 million over a five or six quarter period of time. Stephen
