A link to an article on the ATHM/XCIT deal. Interesting in that it comments on the fact that AOL has something that is very hard to duplicate. Here's one comment: "Excite's brand, content and 20 million eyeballs are nice, but they are no match for 15 million subscribers forking over $22 a month within a confined proprietary dial-up service and a marketer's delight". Sounds funny to say but eyeballs are not all the same. Any comments? ragingbull.com
