<many fund managers admitted that they are getting very agressive with large percentages of their portfolios,ie;WCTI< Steve, i don't think you'll see any significant fund activity in WCTI as long as its a BB stock. I'm not 100% sure, but, I believe that most fund managers cannot purchase BB stocks...
