TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT??????

Recieved this email today (1/31).

From: GriZZNet News <grizz@the-link.net>
Subject: NVID Quote as of 12:16 EST

<NVID's trademark was research in Wash DC in 1995, and assigned
>then...the infringement may be on the other company...
>NVID is checking today...
>Kerry
>MicroSafe TM
>GriZZNet News (tm)

Why is it that, assuming Ms. Powell's information correct, I am inclined to go with Hoechst Celanese as opposed to NVID?

Why is it that there is no official clarification directly from an officer of NVID? If Hoechst is in violation of NVID's property, that alone is worth considerable damages to NVID.

Also recieved this notice from the same source:

>NVID team is in Atlantic City for a big trade show....
>The competition is worried that NVID has the "pudding"...
>Kerry
>IOWs NVID technology is the BEST there!!

I inquired for more details and received no response. Was it a show for water purification, for the 'magic potion', or for beekeepers? Were they exhibiting, or merely attending?

I am shareholder of NVID. Originally, my shares gave me ownership in a speculative business venture - now they serve as tickets to a business 'soap opera'.
