I find it confusing as well, and I am from over there. A government company does get privatised but only to be listed as a PLC (Public Limited Company). Confusing as all get out. BT is a class operation though and I guess thats whats important here.

Any idea what earnings will be like? I know long term ERICY is a good bet but I see massive stock price volatility over the next year, so am still waiting on the side lines. Clearly, until we know the earnings and the projected earnings for the coming quarter this stock looks stuck around these levels. Or am I wrong (again ;-) ).
