Al, if that ends up to be true that's the news of the year for our small group of initial PP holders. I've been waiting for a week for Frank to get back to me with a decision on that issue so thanks for sharing the info.. My only lingering concern on that is if they do end up with an underwriter the underwriter may still want to quarrel about it. 4 million shares to be IPO'd + 2 million shares new PP + about 4 million shares already PP'd = 10 million in the float if FTEL (15.8 million shares) and Frank (4 million shares) sit on their shares for now. Not too bad as long as everyone keeps their head and lets the new NASDAQ stock get a running start before selling too much. A run like USAT's of $5 to $50 is possible if this internet excitement keeps up until a June/July IPO. I would hate to have been a $5 seller in that situation<ggg>. Bruce
