"There are no delays in filling orders from the NewKidCo side. It's not our fault if a specific retailer hasn't been able to keep their shelves stocked with our product. We are very efficient in shipping orders from our warehouse location.
Our view of OLM hasn't changed since our last discussion. Nor has it's overall contribution to the company's bottom line. Delays relating to Professional edition rest with the developer. We have done everything we can from our end to help move this product along. We're as anxious as you to see this product completed.
Stock tickers will be changed assuming new name is approved Monday. The necessary paperwork will be filed immediately and a press release will be issued. It will then take approx. 10 days before we trade under the new ticker on the TSE and a bit longer before the OTC ticker would take effect.
Once the name is approved we'll start work on consolidating the various web sites so people will have just one destination to find out info on the company.
The company has never issued specific dates to the public and will issue press releases when Hello Kitty and the Elmo titles ship. Company is still planning on shipping product this quarter".
..."Company is still planning on shipping product this quarter..??? more Clinton parsing?...depends what "is" is...or what "product" is...the shareholders have now been party to formal Rule 10b-5 [reliance, causation] governed formal explicit specific performance disclosures, representations, etc. re: four (4) NewKidCo CTW Elmo® Sony® PlayStation® Nintendo® Gameboy® titles for Fall...October..November...Holiday...to still planning to shipping product by March 31, 1999!?...NewKidCon...more than a vaporware press release factory?...NewKidCo also has a $900,000+ CALL to Alpha from NewKidCo due June 1999 (~ four (4) months)...and then there is the fact the Company loaned Selwyn Rabins, Richard Rabins, Steve Schneider and Roberto Drassinower*, and Howard March** $US533,179 interest-free, non-recourse five year loans for the purchase of (NASDAQ:SWEBF)(TSE:SKI) common stock***.
*Formerly Vice-President, General Manager SoftQuad Inc and now CEO, SoftQuad Software [19% owned by (NASD OTC BB:SWEBF)(TSE:SKI)
**Vice-President Sales, Alpha Software

...one last note...(TSE:SKI)s latest promoter is Adam Adamou with Taurus Capital (as cited and documented on this thread)...Adam estimated [and quoted in the Financial Post) on June 11, 1998 "...NewKidCo.'s products could bring in up to $US12 million in fourth quarter revenue..." [ending 31 December 1998]...it should also be noted that Taurus was also the investment banker retained to spin-off SoftQuad Inc in addition to the fact that Adam Adamou was a former member of SoftQuad International's Board of Directors as well as a member of its Audit and Compensation Committee's while an Investment Manager, Working Ventures, Canadian Fund, Inc...as a matter of record****...
