Of course I would like the spinoff. However, the XLCT share holder
may not like that idea. I believe they want INEL to find a buyer for the company. According to First Call as of 1/23, the ests were:

1Q 97 mean +.12
97 mean +.61

As I said before, I didn't say INEL is a great company. What I do
want to point out is the stock is trading way below its intrinic
and book value. I believe the stock has reached a bottom @4 and should slowly trade up from here on. As long as XTCL is trading up, INEL is a safe buy.
