Which is what one would expect after the reverse merger of the two companies... after all it is PanAm that's supposed to merge into PRWT, which would eliminate the existence of PanAm... So.... what does this tell you about the shares of PRWT that you're holding???? That it's STILL an empty shell and the RM has not taken place. now... would you like me to research for you and list the number of times we heard from John that the RM was complete?... he's changed his story on this so many times, I even have records where, hours apart he told different investors a different story regarding the completion of the RM. If you want some of this documentation, you will have to be more patient as there will be a lot of BS to sift through. Do you have PROOF otherwise?
