To all

Any one know COVD co locate the DSLAM at the RBOC CO or run straight
to COVD network?
COVAD have their own Frame relay and ATM network ? or go through RBOC.
Does COVD pay for the end user local loop ATU-R and ATU-C?
This mean COVD competition with RBOC for the last mile DSL but RBOCs
own all the COs and the copper wires, how COVD will make profit?
