Top, No argument here, but here is the thing.... the book value you just calculated took into account only $27,972,394 in what Madera calls, "Investment in timber producing property". We now have a potential asset worth $96,000,000. I see nowhere that this property was being carried on the books at this level. Don't you agree that this is a major change in information? Is it possible this company can possibly have been this conservatively managed from an accounting point of view. If it is true, than they are a far cry from most penny stocks and for that matter most of the hyped internet stuff being pushed. Look, I can into this because of the website expectation looking for a double from .24/share. Until somebody bursts my bubble on the explanation of this dramatic cash infusion coming, I am in acquire mode and holding. Top, I have been critical of your motives in the last 2 weeks, but if you start to agree with me I really am going to be bullish on WOOD. Help me, I'm listening if I am missing something. |
