Sherman-that may be true re:institutional buying.Few months it won't matter either way.By then they should be reporting and getting ready for Nasdaq splash.I would bet money that some brokers are steering individual clients into WCTI as we speak.I did it the other way-I brought my broker friend into it.His choice of course.
