Other than the post on Yahoo, I haven't seen anything to substantiate another buyout offer by La Pizza Loca. However, I wouldn't be surprised to see another buyout attempt at a higher price, and the board cannot legally ignore an offer. The last SEC filing by LPL did state that they may continue to buy CHGO on the open market, so we may see some gradual price run-up if LPL is indeed buying more stock.
