It did not give the name of the ISP, but said its is based in Atlanta.

The Co. said it did not believe the PSTN (public switched telephone network)would support 56k technology. Since their POPs in NYC are all based on Ascend access servers, they anticipate that the roll out will take some time. (USRX won this account in a competitive displacement of Ascend based on x2.)
