Roger and All,

Be careful shorting hyped stocks that are due to be diluted because of an ending lock up. These stocks have a mysterious way of going up for a month or so once the lock up ends before beginning to correct. Take a look at MSTR as an example. It's lock up ended last December 9th, yet the stock has gone up over 50% since then. MSTR registered to sell 4 million shares recently with over 800,000 coming from insiders. I suspect more sales will occur in the not too distant future. This stock has not begun it's inevitable decline yet but the party will soon be over. Just for laughs, watch how the stock trades. It's not unusual for the stock to go up 2 pts on only a couple hundred shares. Yet, it will only go down fractionally on sell orders in size. This pig is losing it's hot air rapidly.
