RPAPF was WAY overpriced at $0.38US, that's why it only stayed there for
about 10 minutes. Or did you sell for $0.38 loonies? Which, by the way,
it only stayed there for about a week when momentum speculators played with
it.

Still waiting to hear why you say RPAPF is under valued (unless your
response was an abstract for your entire analysis).

P.S. Look at the 10Q, Long term debt UP from $893MM Canadian in March '98
to $1096MM Canadian in Sept '98. Where did you get your information
indicating that debt was reduced?
