Dale,

These were the insider buying and selling reports. So it was basically a do-with-it-what-you-will type of report, not a recommendation. I would never sell DELL just because an insider did, but if I owned ORCL and an insider sold a huge amount, that'd bother me.

The selling means less, I think, than the buying. There are tons of reasons to sell, but only one to buy.
