Tim,

Thanks for input. 10.0 is definitely the conservative approach to
viewing # market shares. Many may question the conservatism (& sanity)
of investing in a company with an 8 (or 9) digit market cap & -$0-
revenue. Although I'm generally conservative, the sanity part is
another issue entirely.

For those interested, ZMAX stock shares per Mark @ Investor Comm.
Currently issued & outstanding 6.2M
within 6 months after NASDAQ listing 7.8M
in 2 years, fully diluted 10.0M
Management currently holds 3.2M shares.
I still tend to use the 6.2M as a basis for market cap, but 7.8M is
soon-to-be, and 10.0M is reality in a couple of years. Any other
comments on market cap valuation?

Tim, any subsequent meetings/talks with folks at ZMAX? Any add'l
light to shed on the situation? All input is appreciated.

FWIW - At the opening bell this morning, 15K shares of ZMAX had
already changed hands. First sale was at 9:24am & last sale
(when I checked) was at 9:30am. Price range was between 12 1/2 &
12 3/4. In first hour and a half, 58K shares had been traded. Anyway,
somebody (or bodies) had committed close to $200K in ZMAX before the
opening bell. I'm ready for February - bring it on.

David
