I agree all the ingredients are there for an explosive situation. Lots of insider buying, a deal with a major internet player (Excite),and a company turnaround situation. As a short term play I would say Low Risk/ Hi Reward rating. Downside risk 2 this occurred with market at rock bottom but bounced back up. Check insider trading Basil was buying all the time.
