Lithium technology is beginning to close some serious ground on Valence. I did consider moving them along side Valence (in my ranking originally presented on the lithium polymer thread now at the ULBI thread) and will move them above VLNC if they can get their financing. Although VLNC is almost as insolvent as LITH, it has a little more cash/financing.
