$1.4M to $1.7M (I have heard both numbers). Lets take a conservative view. The value of the investment was discounted on their last 10Q because their stock was restricted the following does not take that into account.

COOL - price as of the last Q was approximately $10.

$1.4M x $10 = 14,000,000
$1.4M x $25 = 35,000,000

Increase of $21,000,000 /5,000,000 WCAP shares outstanding = $4.20/share.

Book value 10/30/98 = $3.19
Increase in COOL 4.20
Net Book value $7.39 **

** Does not take into account the discount due to the restrictions which come off 1/31/99. Add $1.50 per share if WCAP actually owns 1.7M shares of COOL.

My understanding is that WCAP owns a minimum of 440,000 shares of Rowecom.

My opinion, WCAP is undervalued at its present levels without the Rowecom IPO. If the IPO is successful there may be some significant upside potential.
