I don't like it either. The one thing that keeps me in the stock is that they have, I believe, a potential of over 50% of being successful with the long distance carriers bringing local service to baby bell customers as soon as the Feds pass the new communications legislation. I think your strategy is sound of selling below $13 and buying in again if it breaks above support levels. Prior to purchasing the stock, my research showed a company that had been in other things, but focused on this new technology. They purchased the right technology, own it, and have hired the right people to make this thing work. Also these people from MCI will have an in with MCI when MCI wants to sell me local service.

I am currently frustrated with InContext, lost close to 50% value in the last few weeks. but if I sell now the only one that makes money is my broker!!!!!

Who knows, but the above rational is why I bought Winstar. Also projections of the communications industry having over 50% growth should help the stock. Not all companies will do over 50% there will be winners and loosers and none of us know who.

It is not exactly warm here in Minneapolis.
