Ahhh! Here's the reason, just off the newswire. In the conference call RSYS told analysts that the SEC requested documents concerning the companies recordkeeping of their inventories (all ties in with that suit that the former employee is bringing against RSYS). RSYS stated that they have not heard back from the SEC.
