AMZN..I expect a good week in light of the earnings of MSPG and AMZN. I also expect it to overflow into stocks like GNET, VRIO,USWB,NTBK, VRSN,ABOV,NITE and some others. But I don't anticipate it to last very long. That is why some traders are buying high and selling low. They don't get in for the gap up, feel left out and buy after the stocks are trending up powerfully, even holding through and after earnings when the 'clever' traders are making their moves. The clever trader will have bought already at the bottom or close to the bottom and will be ready to dump their stock by the time the 'latecomer' arrives causing the market to drop. Then get get back in after the drop and the whole cycle starts again.

Already one day after earnings I expect another correction and volatility will be the norm in this sector. We have to get used to it.. to ignore the sector would be a mistake but to trade smart and not hold overlong positions in this sector. There are some that I would hold but others like XCIT, LCOS, AMZN I would relegate to 2-3 day holds at a time. You should look at percentage gain and not how long you are holding in these companies.
