Janice and Ken, Again, this is all academic if the press release is based in fact. I quote..."There appears to be a good demand for land in these parts of the world because it is expected to increase in value in the coming years." Look, if it were only upping the appraisal estimate on the timberland a few million dollars or so, I would take it as a nice little aside. This release is so bold that it will either mean I sell my shares in disgust this week or retire at 48!!!! I defy anyone who holds this stock or is looking at buying to tell me this isn't a dramatic development. If someone can explain any other way to look at it, I will go quietly.
