Board: FTRK - news), in keeping with their plan to expand their growth in the mobile market, has acquired certain assets of Satellite Technology, Inc., a mobile market distributor. The Satellite
Technology, Inc. assets acquired by FutureTrak International Inc., were transferred into FutureTrak International's subsidiary STI Group, Inc. FutureTrak International has retained the services of Mr.
Dan Dyack as the new President of STI Group, its subsidiary. Mr. Dyack is now responsible for managing the marketing and growth of FutureTrak's Space Scanner antenna actuator product lines,
emphasizing the emerging markets by collaborating with Galaxy Latin America, DirecTV's gateway to South and Central America.
STI Group, Inc. is collaborating with an established marine specialty marketing group to implement an aggressive North American campaign for the next generation space scanner, which is anticipated will be assembled and tested by Lockheed-Martin in Ocala, FL. Mr. Dan Dyack and FutureTrak's senior management team led by President and Chairman Steve Remondini are prepared for a full court blitz, introducing this new high performance product to the marine and RV industries.
