Technology, Inc. assets acquired by FutureTrak International Inc., were transferred into FutureTrak International's subsidiary STI Group, Inc. FutureTrak International has retained the services of Mr.
Dan Dyack as the new President of STI Group, its subsidiary. Mr. Dyack is now responsible for managing the marketing and growth of FutureTrak's Space Scanner antenna actuator product lines,
emphasizing the emerging markets by collaborating with Galaxy Latin America, DirecTV's gateway to South and Central America.
