Also a good post, MTDEX. I am thinking along those lines here with WOOD. If I adopt your approach I should ignore any projections about what the land is worth until parcels actually start to sell!!!!
One thing, though....should it affect my feeling about a company if it puts out a press release that is this promising if it is anything but based in strong possibility?
