I caught that article, however, IMO I believe it will only allow more people to get in, and possibly create a run for Internet stocks to those who either want to increase their positions, diversify their technology portfolio, or are lured by the possibility of huge returns that Internet stocks can offer.

Just something I'm throwing out there, but wouldn't more stocks being traded offer some stability to the industry?
