POST 3002 – SUMMARY
Having had time to review and digest the information from SI, PM's, Emails and phone calls, I would like to offer the following as “food for thought":

Not knowing who posted this blasted thing on SI, 3 possibilities exist.

POSSIBILITY 1: (The one most favored by those I know)
The Band is behind the post and the statements are unfounded.
If true, a blatant, unprofessional and IMO futile attempt to coax shareholders into pressuring the company to either bail out or accept a much smaller slice of the pie. If the company succumbs to this kind of negotiation tactic, I for one will bail!
If on the other hand they stand up to this type of crap, I will support them any way I can.

POSSIBILITY 2:
The Band is behind the post and they did in fact notify the company in November that the deal is off as far as they are concerned.
If true, I and all other shareholders have been mislead by Sungold's BoD. If this proves to be the case. I am prepared to ensure that none of the Directors and Officers of Sungold will end up with even the tiniest pot to piss in by the time I and hopefully you, my fellow shareholders, are finished with them.

POSSIBILITY 3:
Some other entity with an obvious agenda is behind the post.
If true and if the statements are unfounded I will spare no expense or effort (hopefully once again with the help of my fellow shareholders) to find this SOB and to ensure that he, she or it will pay the price for putting us through hell.

MY FINAL TAKE:
Anyone selling into this cyber space nonsense deserves to loose their shirt.
Anyone trying to pressure the company to succumb to this nonsense deserves the same.
Anyone thinking that I am not dead serious regarding the above will find himself lining up at a Food Bank.
Anyone not realizing that we are involved in one of the dirtiest games in town (gaming) is an idiot. Hundreds of Millions are at stake for all parties involved and you can be rest assured that we have not seen the last of it.
