MSFT buy ATHM? Now that would be a GREAT buy... I think all of MSFT's Internet properties (MSN, Expedia, Sidewalk) would fit well with XIT. And It gives high speed access to the Net. And it de facto partners MSFT with T and TCOMA. Very, very, very interesting. ATHM market cap is 12.3B. How would they structure the deal?
