janice dear i will inform you for the very last time since you are denial on this issue, me nor rico have been served & nor do i care if i am, since it will only cause more legal woes for zwebner to proceed against ANY aznt shareholders you have targeted in your smear campaign of aznt. as for dean providing you information about conversations & interactions with aznt shareholders i believe this will only hurt him & yourself in the upcoming suit brought by aznt against you, dean & your group. i hope you are aware also that you are using & bringing zwebner into your own legal problems you have with aznt. i will be more then happy to inform zwebner of deans current woes with the company & direct him to the aznt lawyers who are handling the defamation & libel suit which includes you & dean. this may be of service to zwebner in his own proceedings against one in your group. you fail to see that shareholders are not the issue here dear. you vent & spew hatred on shareholders because of the desperate position you find yourself in defending & promoting wellrich, a boiler room who solicits stock w/o being a b/d, andy mann, who is in default & could not, would not & did not defend himself in a court of law , dtc who will not lift freeze ( regardless that stock has been cancelled) before 1/29 in hopes of a "compromise" before the hearing & marcasse who shorts this stock through canada. it is time to take responsibility for what you have done here. targeting shareholders & attempting a smear campaign on us as well as aznt will not obscure the reality of your situation. if i am ever served dear , believe me you will know! lololol ! spider
