I have no choice in the matter. I was raised at Bears Stadium which is now Mile High Stadium. Went to the Bronco games when Lionel Taylor played for them. I used to run sprints with the players at the Colorado School of Mines field in Golden, Co. where they practiced. Every day Coors brewery would send over 2 kegs of beer for all of the players to drink during practice. The linemen would spend more time on the sidelines than in practice. I was at Bears Stadium in Denver when Joe Willy stomped them in I think it was 65. I was 14 or 15 years old I think. I have no choice but to cheer on the Broncos.

You have no idea how much hell Bronco fans had to endure in those days. They were the butts of the league and all the fans could do was cheer them on and buy more tickets. Denver truly has a love affair with them. Me included.
