Thread,

Needed to amend my post. I actually tried to repost this morning, but for some reasons the edited segments are no longer there.

This should have been in italics as it is copied directly from the Q4 report...

The timing and amount of these payments can vary substantially from quarter to quarter, depending of the terms of each agreement and, in some cases, the timing of sales of products by the other parties. As a result, license and royalty revenues have fluctuated significantly in the past and are likely to continue to fluctuate in the future. Given the relatively high gross margins associated with license and royalty revenues, gross margins and net income are likely to fluctuate more with changes in license and royalty revenues that with chages in product revenues.

Also, please recall that 1997 Q4 was taxed at a much lower rate than the subsequent quarters of 1998. If revenues remain comparable to Christmas one year ago my estimate should be revised to $0.19 (fully diluted) based on a 36% taxation rate. I still believe that $0.19 is a moderately conservative estimate.

Sorry for the miscalculations.
