I love a good laugh... little zonkie is trying to figure out the book value of a company moving from the R&D to the production phase.... and his source is Yahoo. That's pathetic... and then there's and then lawnmower boy who evidently can't read:

--Dec. 15, 1998-- Franklin Telecom
(OTC:FTEL - news) Tuesday announced that it has accepted a quarter million dollar cash in advance order for installation of facilities supporting their Tempest® System for one of their Southern California customers...

-Dec. 22, 1998-- Franklin Telecom (OTC BB:FTEL) Tuesday announced that it has received an order exceeding $1 million for Tempest Data Voice Gateway Systems from a Southern California customer that is deploying a national Voice over IP network...

-Jan. 5, 1999--Franklin Telecom (OTC BB:FTEL - news) Tuesday announced that it has received a new order of $1.3 million for Tempest Data Voice Gateway Systems...Tom Russell, Franklin's CFO, added: ''We have already shipped many units from the million-dollar order announced last month. The previous $1 million order and this $1.3 million order are expected to both be completed during the current quarter ending March 31. We are pleased to see hardware sales ramping up...

Jan. 20, 1999-- Franklin Telecom (OTC
BB:FTEL) Wednesday announced that its Tempest Data Voice Gateway has been named the backbone for Internet telephony at USA Talks.com (OTC BB:USAT), the first flat-rate long-distance carrier.
This relationship has been in place since November, and the two companies have been working together to bring California up by Jan. 31, 1999. The network is now fully operational. Franklin's president, Peter Buswell, said: ''We are pleased to have been selected by USAT not only as an equipment supplier but as the primary contractor in the design, deployment and ongoing maintenance of the network....

and then there is of course:

*FTEL's relationship with JM Best,
*and with Power and Telephone Supply,
*Fnet's Bosnia aquisition,
*the LDNet aquisition,
*The colocation deal with World Com,and
*Fnet's expansion into South America... (how many countries do they now have... I've lost count),

And I'm not even going to mention future events such as Fnet IPO and getting listed on Nassssssssssssss...

The point I'm trying to make, particularly to anyone new to this stock and company, is to do your own DD and, of course, make your own decisions. Valuespit has his own very personal agenda which, ultimately, has nothing to do with this company at all...
That said, I'm going back to the board that has an "ignore poster" button...

lades,
(a long-time lurker, trader and investor)

BTW, I'll be glad to talk about book value... in about 2 years. Right now I'm concerned with product, sales, management, expansion, and production capacity.... did I forget to mention Arizona?
