There might even have been an incentive for the hypothetical investor doing the private placement to have the stock price as low as possible at the time of the placement. Depends on the structure of the "loan". Whoever is selling clearly has a purpose of driving the price downward and creating doubt and uncertainty. It is not the behavior of a normal seller who wants the best price for his shares. Eric
