If so like you I have picked up some noticeable similarities between the two. 1)Never gouge your customers and treat them well. 2)Treat your employees like family or at least treat them well. 3)Never start anything big. 4)Be adventurous and never shy away from expanding ones horizons and markets. 5)Foresight. 6)Recongnise one's weaknesses and strengths. 7)Hire the best.
