i have sold all but 20% of my shares with this company and am holding until earnings are reported ,since i believe they may be good with christmas sales. I have been a shareholder for over one year and firmly believe that this management is totally incompetent in increasing the stock price of this company. My evidence of this is based on last year when their stock price was progressing and people were noticing their potential. then what did they do? Voted for share dillution and a reverse stock split, all which can now happen any day now since it was programmed for 1999. That stopped this stock dead in its tracks. The price has been frozen ever since, fluctuating between 6 and 12 cents. Then about six months later, they change the symbol to SCTU throwing off the following they had with the investment community. Some one with a business degree should take over , because their products dont seem to be half bad.!
