Dana, I'd like to confirm what LastShadow said. I've had no stability problems with ProTA Gold, whereas I had lots of problems with both Hotline and ProAnalyst. You will find that the charts draw a lot more slowly in ProTa. I have a G3, 250 Powerbook and they draw adequately fast, but with my old 7200, it was miserably slow.

Puddle, are you aware of the daily, weekly, monthly toggle in the upper right hand corner of the charts in ProTA?

TA books were mentioned earlier. I haven't read Darvas.I"d like to. I'll see if I can find a copy. A favorite of mine is "Techniques of a Professional Commodity Chart Analyst" by Arthur Sklarew. It's a bit old now, and I don't know if it's still in print. It was written in 1980. Has anyone else read it?
