Is anyone else concerned about this proposed rollback? This seems like a blatant disregard for shareholders. (What else is new?) After the Concerned Shareholders Group got involved last year, the company announced that the rollback would not proceed. Isn't this proposed rollback illegal? Seems to me another vote should be required of shareholders, since the status of the company has changed, especially since the recent issuance of a zillion options to insiders. The only ones who ever benefit from a rollback are insiders, while regular shareholders get the Royal(International Ventures) shaft. B. C. Securities Commission, where are you? Comments anyone?
