All,
It's interesting to see how this is all going to turn out.
For what it's worth, I just realized (or is it remembered?) that CSMA has actually valued EVIR higher than ADHT (the symbols just showed up in my account), as far as the ratio of spinoff shares go.
This is interesting because, despite the absence of any recent press releases, all indications are that Ad Hatters is doing quite well, thank you, as far as these things go. We know that their products are in the grand marketplace of them all, Wal-Mart, that they apparently now have a contract to supply the ReMax employee store with Dreamcatchers, and may soon have a licensing agreement with several sports franchises. What could be finer?
Yet management, whatever one thinks of them at this stage, has given a slightly higher valuation to shares of Envirotech, which indicates that they may know something that we don't as yet. Given the good news that we do know about AdHatters, it seems logical to suppose that there must be some good background news about the disposal well of which aren't yet aware as well.
Call it idle speculation and call me crazy in the bargain, but I'm interested in seeing how this one plays out. And that goes for the empty shell, too, which, for reasons unknown to me, someone(s) out there keep buying.
