I appreciate your summary. Please allow me to add:

#1. I would certainly like to believe that the Band is above this but only time will tell.

#2. I would certainly like to think that Kim and the board would not allow this to happen.

#3. I would certainly love to kick this SOB's ass AND you can count me in for $1,000.
