Well, I visited the plant in Vancouver and was very excited at what I found. This is real, and everything is going forward. While I was there on Tuesday, I witnessed the first production of a plastic disk. The equipment looks very good, as does the plant.

I also met with Doug on Saturday, and discussed the situation with him at great length. Mostly, I think he is frustrated, because dealing with the VSE is like dealing with any other government regulating body. They have told him the problems they have, but they haven't communicated to him what they want before it can trade again, or how long it will take. Doug is very confident in his lawyer, who is doing everything he can right now.

It is clear to me that Doug's personal success is tied up in MKD. I therefore I have every confidence that Doug will get this trading again, and when he does he will manage it appropriately for the long term success of the company and its shareholders.

If the VSE were to focus on our problem, no doubt it would be trading again within a week. But since that is not the case, I would not expect this to trade before the middle of Feb. If it does, great! But at least I won't be disappointed if it doesn't.

That may be a problem to some, but everything is moving ahead regardless. The best time to sell won't be in the next month anyway, it'll be once it matures a little bit.

So keep hanging on.

Ted.
