Could be. However, by the nature of the companies biz, I still feel
you will make money. The latest report I have on INI is for 2nd qtr.

Revenue in the 2nd. qtr. was $720,793 compared to $165,180 in the 2nd.
qtr. in the previous year. Net loss was $807,827 compared to $559,626
in 1994.
The 2nd qtr. was highlighted by the launch of InContext Spider 1.0. A new
marketing campaign has been made possible by the issue of $12.7 mill.
special warrant issue. I don't know the terms.
Quarterdeck Corp. licenced InContext Spyder for its Internet product line.
InContext Spyder 1.1 includes integration with NSCP Navigator and MSFT
Internet Explorer browsers. INI also signed agreements with the US
chain MicroCentral and strategic alliances with CompuServe and MSFT.
INI recently announced that it will be licensing MSFT Internet explorer
for bundling in the INI Spider package and will support all the MSFT
Internet extentions.
With a strong balance sheet and key strategic partners such as Xerox,
Corel, Quarterdeck, Spyglass, Toshiba, Compuserve and MSFT the co.
looks promising.

Total Assets:$17.4 mill
Liabilities :$1.1 mill

The above are highlights from a news release on November 15. The report
goes on to say: Blah, blah, blah and even more rhetoric.

I hope this all helps.
