Can you see the first line of Clinton's legacy? "William Jefferson Clinton, the first elected President to be impeached for launching cigars in an intern, is also the first President to lose troops in Europe in 54 years". Not gonna happen. Iraq? How many B-52's still on Diego Garcia? If Saddam moves on Kuwait, it would be around the clock arch-lights in between cruise missile salvos. His only hope is an alliance with Korea and/or Iran. Bottom line, if it becomes to much for the UN, Israel will turn Iraq into a glowing hole in the desert.
