TO ALL: I know many of you here are sophisticated enough to understand Market Makers in Bulletin Board issues and how they work (manipulate) the shares of these stocks. But, I found a short succinct article I think will help those who don't have a basic understanding of Bulletin Board Market Makers to better understand the movements that these stocks can and do take and why.
