This biz capital intensive. Spoke extensively with owner, Liberty, and another NJ based firm. Long talk with owner where I made several suggestions - strategic, financial, etc - he liked them. Did not proceed as would have taken up significant amount of my time. Plus would take a while given the business to implement such. Have not seen any of the ideas implemented, stock out of favor. Came to conclusion, there were too many other co's out there doing something. A lot of BB stocks are actually BS. This co is real, but bear in mind many BB stocks, even if they pass the BS test, have time frames similar to VC ops. This type of stock in your IRA and just forget about it.
