Good luck with Compaq earnings. IMHO it does not look good even if they beat expectations by a cent or two I look for a runup toward earnings, too. INTC's unit volume is a good indicator that CPQ had a great quarter, so our expectations are pretty high. I see CPQ as sort of a value play, as the problems with the acquisitions of Tandem and DEC are under control, they are making some good moves in e-commerce; they still have very good products; and DELL is setting a good example. I think they will out perform Dell for the next year or two. If they falter this quarter, whoa is me!
