(BTW, this is a summary of my favorite story from the book)

How did one millionaire prevent being evicted from a luxury vacation condominium when he violated the rules and kept a dog in his place? He told a meeting of his fellow owners that he was contemplating giving his condo to the blue-collar assembly-line workers from his manufacturing plant. The members of the meeting screamed, "Keep the dog!"
